The Wallowa Union Railroad Authority (WURA) will hold a work session on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. with a Board meeting to follow at 5:00 p.m.  The meetings will be held at the Elgin Depot located at 300 Depot Street in Elgin, Oregon.
