Flood Assessment Information Needed
Union County Emergency Services is collecting critical information from residents and businesses impacted by the flooding which occurred during the week of February 3, 2020. This information will be used by the county to document the financial impacts and resource needs of our communities. The information request should include the issues you are addressing as a result of the flooding and should be included on the form below.
This request is related to the Union County Commissioners emergency declaration signed on February 10, 2020 which declared a local state of emergency within Union County due to extreme flooding. The collection of information is for documentation and validation purposes only and does not imply that any funding assistance will be made available to those affected by the event.
The form may be returned by submitting below, emailing to em@union-county.org, delivering to 1106 K Avenue, La Grande or by faxing the completed form to (541) 963-1079.
