Applications Accepted for Budget Committee

The Union County Board of Commissioners are accepting applications from qualified volunteers interested in serving on the Union County Budget Committee. The purpose of this committee is to review and approve fiscal year budgets for county operations.

The committee consists of six members, including the three elected county commissioners and three at-large members. The at-large members may serve for a maximum of two consecutive three-year terms.  There is currently one open position for an at-large member.  Interested citizens residing in Union County are invited to submit a completed Advisory Committee Application by December 31, 2019.

Applications may be submitted to the Union County Administrative Office at 1106 K Avenue, La Grande.
