Notice of Project Application Acceptance
Title III Projects - Public Law 119-58
Union County is currently accepting project applications for funding under Title III of Public Law 119-58 (Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act).
Eligible project categories include:
- Firewise Communities Program
- Search, Rescue and other Emergency Services
- Emergency Services Training and Equipment
- Community Wildfire Protection Plans
- Broadband Telecommunications Services
Applications are available here: Title III Project Application Form or may be obtained from the Union County Commissioners Office, 1106 K Avenue, La Grande, OR 97850.

The deadline for submission of project proposals is Monday, April 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
