The ballot caption is: “FIVE-YEAR LOCAL OPTION LEVY FOR CONTROL OF INVASIVE NOXIOUS WEEDS”
A full copy of the ballot title may be obtained at the County Clerk’s Office. An elector may file petition for review of the ballot title in the Union County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 pm February 04, 2026.
