2021 – First Adult Western Cherry Fruit Fly

Expected to Begin Emergence June 14

Oregon State University Extension Agent Darrin Walenta has issued a notice of announcement to all cherry tree owners in Union County regarding the emergence of the first adult western cherry fruit flies for the 2021 season.  Emergence is expected to begin on June 14 in the La Grande area.
