Datum Transformation Tool This tool is designed for converting coordinates between the 1991 realization of NAD-83 (NAD83-HARN) and the 2011 realization of NAD-83 (NAD-83-2011). It is specifically calibrated for use within Union County, Oregon, and its accuracy outside this area is not guaranteed. The adjustment parameters are derived from re-observed Public Land Survey Monuments within Union County's GPS Network and are intended for adjustment of horizontal position only.
